Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the identification, pursuit, and acquisition of Washington State, county, city, utility, and other public-sector contracts across service-based industries including tree care, landscaping, roofing, storm response, and facilities maintenance .
This role is responsible for building a predictable pipeline of state and local government work , securing long-term and on-call service agreements, and positioning the company as a trusted, compliant, Washington-based public works vendor .
The ideal candidate understands Washington’s procurement landscape, knows where opportunities are posted, and can manage the full lifecycle—from opportunity discovery through award, renewal, and expansion.
