Secret Level is looking for an Executive Creative Director to help run the day-to-day creative direction of the studio. This is a senior leadership role for someone with a bold creative vision, impeccable taste, and a track record of doing iconic work. It’s all about the book — your portfolio should reflect both innovation and craft, with examples of projects that broke ground, defined culture, or pushed creative boundaries.
As ECD, you’ll help shape the voice of Secret Level, lead teams across brand and original IP, and guide the development of high-quality, forward-thinking creative across formats. You know how to inspire and lead teams, but you’re not afraid to jump in and make. You understand how to move between vision and execution — and how to push creative teams to do the best work of their careers.Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall creative vision for Secret Level’s original and branded work
- Guide projects from concept to execution, ensuring world-class results
- Direct and mentor multidisciplinary creative teams (writers, artists, designers, CDs)
- Collaborate with production, strategy, and leadership to shape project pipelines
- Represent the studio with clients, collaborators, and at industry events
- Contribute to hiring, team development, and evolving the creative culture
- Advocate for innovation in creative workflows, including AI when relevant
What We’re Looking For
- A standout portfolio of work across campaigns, original content, or storytelling
- 10+ years in creative leadership roles (ECD, GCD, CD, Studio Head, etc.)
- Impeccable taste, innovative thinking, and a deep love of craft
- Experience leading and inspiring creative teams of various sizes
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, tone, pacing, and style
- Comfortable working with hybrid pipelines, but focused on ideas above all
