As a member of the flight crew in the role of Flight for Life (FFL) Paramedic Critical Care Transport, you will assists in meeting the physical and emotional needs of critically ill and injured patients. As a FFL Critical Care Transport Paramedic, you will directly promote safe and efficient operation of Flight For Life.

**Job Requirements**
In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
+ 3 years or 4,000 hours of experience as a Paramedic provider in 911 ALS or critical care transport, (ground or air) or 4,000 hours of critical care experience in-hospital
+ High School Diploma/GED required
+ Colorado State Paramedic Certification required and National Registry as a paramedic
+ Must maintain currency in all certifications by CAMTS, (Commission on Accredidation of Medical Transport Systems)
+ Basic Life Support & Advanced Cardiac Life Support through the American Heart Association required
+ PALS required within 6 months of hire/transfer date
+ TPATC or ATLS required within 12 months of hire/transfer date
+ NRP required within 12 months of hire/transfer date
+ FP-C required within 2 years of hire/transfer date
**Physical Requirements**
Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10lbs. constantly

Flight For Life Colorado provides critical care transport with five helicopters, three ambulances and three airplanes operating out of the Denver metro area, Summit County, Colorado Springs, Pueblo and Durango.
Equipped with the industry's leading technology and an experienced team, Flight For Life Colorado transports patients across several states in the Rocky Mountain Region. We also assist search and rescue agencies with specialized services, including aerial search support and our Avalanche Deployment Program.
**Pay Range**
$25.60 - $38.74 /hour
