Turner Staffing Group, in partnership with a leading mining company specializing in crushing operations, is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals who have hands-on experience with large-scale equipment in a mining or aggregate environment and who thrive in a team-oriented workplace.
Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently, including:
CAT 980 and CAT 988 loaders
CAT 350 excavators
Support crushing operations by moving, loading, and feeding material.
Perform basic equipment maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs to ensure reliable operation.
Adhere to all company safety policies, site regulations, and environmental standards.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Proven experience operating CAT 980/CAT 988 loaders and CAT 350 excavators in a mining or aggregate setting.
Basic mechanical and maintenance skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and assist with minor repairs.
Strong awareness of safety protocols and best practices in a mining environment.
Reliable, with a team player attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others.
