Compensation: Base plus commission, expected between $45,000 - $65,000 annually.

Job Summary

This position at College HUNKS Hauling Junk and Moving® is a dual roll of Brand Ambassador and Move Consultant. As a Brand Ambassador you are responsible for networking with local businesses to grow leads and partnerships. As a Move Consultant you will provide moving price estimates and work with our clients to plan their relocation. Because moving is stressful, we seek candidates with a commitment to customer service and desire to exceed expectations. In return, we want to give back by exceeding your expectations:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

1. Provide professional and accurate move consultations.
2. Follow up with the customer until they have scheduled our services.
3. Recommend alternate services and/or products based on cost, availability, or customer specifications.
4. Assist in the achievement of financial goals and objectives by continually increasing sales and minimizing expenses.
5. Collaborate with General Manager and Franchise Partner to increase residential and commercial move revenue and develop strategic relationships with potential and existing customers.
6. Maintain a thorough understanding of all company products, services, pricing, and promotions in order to communicate the benefits and value of College HUNKS Hauling Junk and Moving, and effectively oppose any customer objections.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

1. A minimum of two years of business, management, sales, or other relevant experience is required.
2. Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record is required
3. Demonstrate understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques
4. Demonstrate the ability to consistently meeting and/or exceeding sales goals
5. Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities
6. Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous, and helpful)
7. Excellent oral and written comprehension and communication skills
8. Understanding of and commitment to customer service and the College HUNKS core values
9. Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
