Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** + Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient production + Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on machinery + Adjust controls to maintain product quality and meet production targets + Troubleshoot operational issues and communicate effectively with team members + Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area **What Are We Looking For** + Ability to learn and operate complex mechanical systems + Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail + Effective communication and teamwork skills + Capability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities + Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to perform hands-on tasks **Conditions of Employment** + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check + Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing **Work Environment** + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level **What We Offer** + $24.00 to $26.87 per hour + Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension + Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidays Equal Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled **Req ID** JR10010397
