Skills Required:

• HVAC: Advanced- Valid Certification Required
• EPA Certification Required
• Air Conditioning: Advanced
• Refrigeration & Cooling - Walk-In Cooler and Freezer: Advanced
• Plumbing: Advanced- Valid Certification Required
• Restaurant Equipment Maintenance – broilers, fryers, toaster, etc.: Advanced
• Convenience Store Gas Pumps maintenance and repair- Moderate
• Heating Unit: Moderate
• Electrical: Moderate- Valid Certification Preferred
• Building repair and maintenance including painting, touch ups, etc.: Moderate
• Mechanical: Moderate
• Carpentry: Moderate
• Other handyman tasks

Qualifications:

• Prior Repair and Maintenance experience required
• Candidates need to have a valid driver's license and will be subject to a background check
