We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Researcher to join our team. The successful candidate will design and execute research studies, analyze data, and contribute to reports and publications. They will collaborate across departments and with external partners to support the organizations strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop research proposals, including defining objectives and hypotheses
Design and conduct qualitative and/or quantitative studies (e.g., surveys, interviews, experiments)
Collect, clean, and analyze data using appropriate statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SPSS)
Interpret results and draft comprehensive reports, white papers, journal articles, or presentations
Conduct literature reviews and maintain up-to-date knowledge of field developments
Assist with grant writing and funding proposals
Present findings to internal teams, stakeholders, or at conferences
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and external partners
Ensure compliance with ethical standards and research protocols (e.g., IRB, data privacy)
Candidate Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Masters degree or PhD in relevant field (e.g., social sciences, biomedical sciences, public policy, economics, data science)
2+ years of proven research experience (academic, non-profit, private sector, or government)
Skills & Competencies:
Strong quantitative and/or qualitative research skills
Proficiency with statistical and data analysis tools (e.g., R, Python, STATA, NVivo)
Excellent written and oral communication
Critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects
Familiarity with ethical research standards and procedures

Compensation & Benefits:
Annual Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000.
