Role Name: SAP WM Senior Consultant

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP WM Senior Consultant with a strong track record in SAP Warehouse Management implementation and support, ideally within Automotive or Manufacturing environments. This role requires close collaboration with business and IT stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize SAP WM solutions that support both operational efficiency and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP WM module implementation, configuration, and ongoing support initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable SAP WM solutions.
• Design, optimize, and enhance warehouse processes, including inventory management, goods movements, and storage strategies.
• Ensure seamless integration of SAP WM with related SAP modules such as Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), and Sales and Distribution (SD).
• Provide subject-matter expertise and best-practice guidance for warehouse operations in Automotive and Manufacturing domains.
• Plan and execute system testing, support user training activities, and provide post-go-live stabilization support.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP WM issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Develop detailed functional specifications for system enhancements and collaborate with ABAP development teams as required.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP WM, including full lifecycle implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and business processes within Automotive or Manufacturing environments.
• Proven hands-on experience with RF integration, Handling Unit (HU) management, and batch management.
• Familiarity with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration or implementation initiatives.
• Exposure to third-party logistics (3PL) system integrations.
