The Sr. Consultant, US Healthcare Strategy will support the strategic development, implementation, and ongoing optimization of healthcare benefits initiatives for the company’s U.S. workforce. You will be responsible for driving innovation in healthcare offerings, plan design, and vendor management, with a focus on improving health outcomes, controlling costs, and ensuring compliance.
