Responsibilities:
- Assisting surgeons and nurses during surgical procedures.
- Preparing and maintaining a sterile field.
- Handling surgical instruments and equipment.
- Ensuring proper patient positioning and safety.
- Monitoring patient vital signs during procedures.
- Cleaning and restocking the operating room.
- Documenting surgical procedures and patient information.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- BLS certification
- Minimum 3 years of Surgical Tech experience
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Experience in a variety of surgical specialties.
Special Considerations:
- Must be willing to float between units.
- Must be willing to float to Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center San Pedro.
- RTO (request time off) must be submitted at the time of submittal.
