Yardi Consultant
Location: Hybrid â 3 days onsite per week (Central Ohio)

Our client is seeking an experienced Yardi Consultant to support and enhance enterprise property management and financial systems. This role will play a critical part in optimizing Yardi platforms to support operational efficiency, financial accuracy, and scalable growth across a diverse real estate portfolio.
The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, and IT partners to configure, customize, and support Yardi modules while ensuring alignment with business processes and compliance requirements. This is a hands-on role for a Yardi professional who enjoys solving complex system and data challenges while partnering with users across the organization.

Serve as a subject matter expert for Yardi applications and modules
Partner with business users to gather requirements and translate them into Yardi configurations and solutions
Configure, customize, and support Yardi Voyager and related modules (e.g., Accounting, PayScan, Procurement, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, or CRM)
Design and maintain workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations
Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions
Support data conversions, upgrades, and patch releases
Develop documentation and provide end-user training and support
Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors as needed
Ensure system changes align with security, compliance, and audit requirements
Continuously identify opportunities to improve system efficiency and user experience
Bachelorâs degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of hands-on experience working with Yardi in a consulting or enterprise environment
Strong expertise in Yardi Voyager, including configuration and functional support
Experience with multiple Yardi modules strongly preferred
Solid understanding of property management, accounting, and financial workflows
Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into system solutions
Strong SQL and reporting experience within Yardi
Experience with integrations, data imports/exports, and system upgrades
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work onsite in Central Ohio three days per week
